We offer free shipping and delivery for selected countries when a minimum spend is met: 

• South East Asia - Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam - min spend of S$300 applies 
• Asia - Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea & Taiwan - min spend of S$500 applies

Exchanges & Returns

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the shipping date to request for a product exchange. 

Please note all postage or shipping charges on exchanges will have to be arranged and borne by customer. 

Goods sold are not refundable.
